Kikili Paddy Apartment

Kikili Paddy is a beautiful ground floor apartment (2 storey building), in the quiet village of Mihiripenna, on Sri Lanka's South Coast. It sits beside a picturesque paddy field, in a peaceful spot, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a tuk tuk ride from the attractions of Galle Fort, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cozy, one-bedroom, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment, opens onto a private terrace overlooking the verdant paddy fields; (and also has occasional use of a pool).

Beautiful apartment directly on the beach. We are happy to welcome guests to stay at our beautiful architectural house. Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.

For those who enjoy surfing or relaxing in a quiet & green space accompanied by the sounds of the ocean under the tropical palm trees of Sri Lanka. The Surf Lodge is a cozy guesthouse includig a vegetarian café nestled in the peaceful village of Madiha. It offers a large garden with direct access to Madiha Beach, where the surf point is located. Perfect for all the surfers or people who like watching the surfers in the beautiful golden morning hours or while the sunsets on the coastline.

Pradeep’s Apartment is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just a few minutes walk from Mihiripenna Beach. The apartment has a back-up generator for the constant power cuts and unlimited high speed fiber optic WiFi. The beaches of Mihiripenna/ Dalawella/ Thalpe/ Unawatuna are just a few minutes away and can be easily reached by foot or even faster by scooter/ tuk tuk. Galle Fort is just 15 minutes away by scooter.
