Kathy's Kottage (near Legends)hot tub-fire pit

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Extra long driveway provides off street parking for 2/3 vehicles depending on size. Easy check in with keypad entry. Fully stocked kitchen allows meals at home if you get tired of dining out. Private deck with lighting is the perfect place to relax with family and friends! Free washer & dryer on site, fully stocked!

Houston Street Cottage

This charming cottage is located within a block of down town's shops and restaurants. It's on a quiet block with ample parking and big shade trees. Kansas State University, Aggieville and City Park are all close by. Experience all that Manhattan has to offer, then come back to your home away from home for a relaxing evening in an environment created just for you. This home was inspired by our honeymoon in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did creating it!

We have woken up many morning sitting watching the turkey and deer grazing behind our house. Easily accommodates a large group in a comfortable setting with good times for all ages.

Fun place next to Aggieville. Furnished with all the muck you wish you'd brought from home. Full kitchen with all the pots , pans and corkscrew. Luxurious gel foam mattress. High quality linens. All the coffee you can drink and that essential blender. Has an additional blow up mattress for those stupid friends you can't get rid of. Cable with all the sports channels and great wifi. Now to accompany our "barn style cottage"on the same property and all the same amenities and views of the great outdoors.You will fall in love with this spacious cabin from the first step you take into it ,with its high ceiling and three seperate sleeping areas.It comes with all the amenities of home with a great cabin feel.No pets allowed in the cabin but Ask us about boarding your dog in our climate controlled kennel on the property just a short distance from the cabin.

**UPDATE**At this time there is NO water in the Lake, they’re digging it out to make it deeper. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. House sleeps 8 people comfortably. Dogs are allowed but limited to 2 dogs per stay. There is a fenced front yard for dogs to roam around and play. There is a pet fee. You will be responsible for any pet clean ups in the yard. The house is perfect for a family friendly stay.
