This property is an old family homestead and home to oak trees over 100 years old. This home includes a large private drive with a great indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. Inside you will find a kitchen with a large island for the whole family. A fireplace sets into the kitchen and living area for a cozy place to lounge.

Perfect for a weekend getaway! Located only 10 minutes from downtown Bartlesville and 40 minutes from the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Step back in time and enjoy the wild west atmosphere. The bunkhouse has been outfitted with luxury cowboy designs by Yocham's Custom Leather & Cowboy Decor.

At Rusty Barn our cabin is ideal for a romantic getaway or a great place to stay after a long day at work. The cabin is designed for a quiet and private get-a-way with comfort and convenience in mind. While at the ranch you are welcome to take walking tours around the property. We have a live freshwater creek within easy walking access. You can visit or enclosed tower wildlife observation stand near the back of the pr
