Cottage is centrally located. Walk to fair grounds, gro-store, restaurants, public trans, and more. Guest have loved my place because of the location and the facility. Newly remodeled! Select-Comfort Queen dual-adjustable bed, -so you will have have a perfect nights sleep on fresh new linens. Great for couples, singles, business travelers, families and pet friendly! It is privately accessible, adjacent to our insurance office, next door to our home so we can be as accessible as you would like.

Missoula Cottage

This cottage is cozy, sleeps 4, and has lots of natural light. The rooms are separate from the main house with comfortable Simmons Plush-top mattresses including 1 queen bed and 2 single beds in a separate common room with a kitchen counter and sink, small refrigerator, coffee maker, hotplate, and microwave. Within walking distance of a locally owned grocery store and the bike path - you will love the feel and location. It is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The Holmes Cabin is a comfortable, bright 3 bedroom house located in one of Missoula's oldest neighborhoods. Walk just 10 minutes to access the north hills hiking trails; or 15-20 minutes to check out our amazing downtown. The Cabin is well set up for both short-term and long-term guests and has a private outdoor seating area/patio for long summer evenings.

Rattlesnake Suites: 3 Bedroom House

Located in the lower Rattlesnake neighborhood of Missoula, walking distance to downtown, the University of Montana, trails along Rattlesnake Creek and Waterworks Hill. Cozy and clean, stocked with all of the basics. Available for short or long term stays, please enquire. Home has 3 bedrooms: 2 with queen size bed and 1 with full size bed.
