*There may be construction noise during the day coming from our neighboring property. Welcome to the Mountain Lodge King Rooms at The Inn on Fall River. Please note that you may need to use stairs to access your room. This room overlooks Fall River and features Wireless high-speed Internet access, a large flat screen tv, a King bed, full bath, and granite counters. By booking the King Room, you will have easy access to our private hiking trails that lead directly into Rocky Mountain National Park and access to over 4000 ft. of Fall River. Looking for comfort in Twin Lakes Village? Look no further than the Roadhouse Lodge. Our lodge offers the closest lodging to the beautiful glacial lakes and the Mt. Elbert Trailhead. Relax in cozy rooms with Queen Sleepers and private baths. Stay connected with internet and unwind with breath taking views. Please NOTE - the Independence Pass closes roughly dec-may per weather forecast. Check CDOT for road conditions and expect slow traffic and very quiet vibes in spring and winter seasons.

Experience the Ben Schoonover Lodge for an unforgettable, relaxing getaway. Overlooking the the Loess Hills, the lodge features 3 stories with 15 rooms: 12 rooms featuring 2 queen beds, and 3 rooms featuring 1 king bed. Rooms measure 400 sq. feet and have full private baths. Each floor has a lounge area. A freestanding fireplace extends through all 3 floors, and we have a full commercial kitchen with an outstanding chef. Meals available upon request for an additional fee.

Our Keeper’s Quarters suite is on the main level of our Barndo. This suite offers 2 King bedrooms (with the option of a pullout couch upon request to sleep an additional 2), a full kitchen and dining area and living room area with a 58-in Smart TV already connected to free secure Wi-Fi. Your private bathroom features a large 4x6 shower and a single vanity setup. There is access directly to the main level back deck with your own spacious seating.
