Southmoreland is a historic 1913 Mansion whose goal is to provide hospitality and comfort. It is conveniently located in the heart of Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza. If your goal is to find a unique alternative to the classic downtown hotel, then look no further! The main floor boasts a living room with a gas fireplace and wet bar, a dining room with a lengthy wood table and a sunroom with a porch swing. The veranda is lined with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden in summer.

Rockwood Motor Court, on historic Route 66, was built in 1929. Each room is themed and furnished to the era of Route 66. Camp Rockwood pays homage to the important history of motor courts along the road. It is decorated with historic photos of Rockwood and other courts and motels. This exquisitely furnished loft is crafted to reflect the style of the early 1900s, featuring a generous king-size bed and an additional room with a twin-size bed. Its location in historic downtown Excelsior Springs ensures easy access to diverse dining choices and shopping experiences. A private staircase in the back offers access.

We're located on Historic C-Street, home to artisan shops, Askinosie, a farmer’s market, yoga studios, wedding venues + more. Downstairs from our hotel is our very own coffee shop! Our loft-like suites feature furniture made from reclaimed materials from our building, a converted mattress factory. Each suite is inspired by a city in Eurasia. The rooms boast high ceilings, a 39in tv, a refrigerator, microwave and a V60, Electric Kettle, + complimentary coffee from Eurasia Coffee & Tea.

The Atrium - A Boutique Hotel - Suite 16

The Atrium is a historic building located in downtown Perryville, MO that has recently been beautifully rehabbed. Each room is a new experience. Spend your time resting and recharging in your private room, playing pool/socializing in the community lounge, or getting some fresh air in the outdoor courtyard. *DIsclaimer* The Atrium is located right next to the local downtown night life, so you may hear noise between the hours of 10:30pm-1:30am.

King Redwood Bedroom at BnB in CWE!

This is the largest of the rooms we have at our CWE BnB - an historic house in St. Louis' premier neighborhood. It has one King sized bed, a pullout sleeper sofa, two back-to-back 45" 4K Smart TVs with Rokus, and bathroom and kitchen space shared with guests of other rooms on this floor. Within a short walk of the basilica and many bars and restaurants in the CWE!
