Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. We have parking for a vehicle and trailer or truck Enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine under the grapevine shaded verandah, or on cooler nights enjoy watching the flames in the fire pit and see the stars light up the sky.

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Sandcliffe Dairy Luxury Farmstay

You'll be Udder-ly amazed that this completely renovated home was once a fully functioning Dairy. Spacious yet cozy open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Vaulted timber ceilings and original steel rafters. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Charlotte’s Cottage is a superbly restored Victorian, built as a private school in 1871, dominating Connelly Street in the historic port area and nestled between the Murray and Campaspe rivers, the house is in a peaceful but prime area of Echuca. Take a stroll to High Street where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops, wellness centres and Echuca’s finest restaurants and hotels. Wander through the port and explore the Paddle Steamer Capitol of the World. All this within 500 metres.

The Hut

The Hut is a great little Studio Cabin set less than 60 metres from a quiet stretch of the Murray River. The Hut is a modern self contained well appointed cabin, the perfect place to relax and unwind.
