Casa sulla collina di Pieve Ligure, immersa nel verde in contesto tranquillo e familiare. Dalla casa e dal giardino si gode una splendida vista sul Golfo Paradiso. È presente anche uno spazio esterno: il giardino è condiviso ed è utilizzato soprattutto come area di passaggio, ma offre comunque un angolo piacevole per rilassarsi, ad esempio per leggere qualche pagina o bere un caffè.
