L'immobile si trova nella zona più bella di Bosa, al secondo piano, gode della meravigliosa vista del ponte vecchio sul fiume Temo, luminosissimo e vicino a tutta la zona del centro storico. Questo non è un appartamento pensato per essere affittato. L'ho da poco ristrutturato in stile contemporaneo per potermi riservare con mia moglie alcune fughe dalla routine nella nostra amata Porto Alabe. Al contempo, sono orgoglioso di condividere quella meravigliosa vista tramonto con le persone che, come me, amano quella leggera sensazione di libertà e stupore. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, in modo che non dobbiate pensare a cosa portarvi dietro, ma solo a godervi il relax.

Soggiorna in un’affascinante casa in pietra nel cuore di Scano di Montiferro, vicina al mare, a siti naturali e archeologici e a Bosa e Oristano. La casa è disposta su tre livelli: Ingresso salotto, cucina attrezzata, camera con letto alla francese (140 cm), bagno ampio e locale lavanderia al piano terra. Al 1 piano una camera con due letti singoli, una seconda camera matrimoniale, un bagno, e se necessario, una seconda cucina. Completa la casa un'ampia terrazza al secondo e ultimo piano

Il nostro alloggio si trova Magomadas, piccola cittadina della provincia di Oristano alle porte di Bosa da cui dista meno di 10 km. L’alloggio è situato all’interno di una proprietà privata con un'incantevole vista mare fino alla vicina Bosa. A disposizione degli ospiti un piccolo terrazzino da cui si possono ammirare incantevoli tramonti o semplicemente vivere intensi momenti di relax e meditazione. La casa sarda nella valle

The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century. The property features a private garden with a swimming pool and an enchanting courtyard with an outdoor dining table

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

"La Pinna 2" is an independent apartment, on the first floor of a recently built private house equipped with all comforts, ideal for families. Just 10 minutes by car from Bosa Marina with a golden sandy beach, one kilometer long that immerses itself in a sea with emerald green shades alternating with blue, with a sandy seabed that slopes gently towards the sea.
