Pineview Group Campsite - Bring Your Own RV/Tent

Escape the heat of the summer at our large Group Camp Site nestled in 40 acres of privately owned rolling hills covered in Juniper and Pinion Pine where your only neighbors are deer and elk, and not crazy campground Karen. Room for up to 5 RVs and many tents. Firepit, cooking pit, composting toilet and 2 picnic tables provided. Pets are allowed. Great base location for visiting the Grand Canyon (90 miles to south rim) or enjoying the diners, drive-ins and dives in historic Seligman on Route 66.

Covered wagons allow one to reconnect with nature, yet enjoy resort amenities. For those who enjoy luxury traveling and frequent camping, a covered wagon is the BEST of both worlds. Family wagons are inspired by authentic nineteenth-century designs, and they are custom-made, giving adults and children a truly unique experience. In each of our wagons we can accommodate options such as two adults, 4 adults with 2 children, or 2 adults and 4 children, 4 adults in one king size bed and 2 bunk beds

Dreamy Glamp Tent w/ Heated Bed

Imagine dark star filled nights with breathtaking sunrise & sunsets . Come to the quieter side of Zion where you can escape the crowds & sleep under the stars in a tent on the border of Utah & Arizona (locals call it Uzona). Our glampground accommodates groups or you can rent one of the dwellings: glamp tent, tiny home, and writers nook. Our Glamp tent is conveniently located near the bathhouse with an outdoor shower and bathrooms. We also have two fully equipped kitchens and a hot tub!

Mermaid Paradise: Vintage Shasta w/Views & Vibes

Come relax on our rural property in our vintage Shasta Lo-Flyte. Plenty of space to relax outside on the deck & enjoy a campfire. Grill out and eat at the outdoor bar, enjoy an outdoor shower after a long day hiking. The trailer is tiny but outdoor living is the star of the show. You will have privacy with plenty of space to relax. The Shasta has A/C, wifi, mini-fridge, and is well stocked. Close to Zion, Water Canyon, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes just for starters.

Ideal for a out of town worker or just someone on vacation. Has out side pull out kitchen as well. 2 AC units so you can stay cool in the summer. Fully contained. We are a drug free and gun free park.
