Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Trolley and bus goright past the house to SPAC, golf, Racino, etc. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pet $15/night with prior approval, ). Fantastic weekend spot! Spring Brook Farm is located in the historic village of Schoharie, New York, thirty minutes from Albany. Walk our 140 acre farm that meanders along the Schoharie Creek. Rent kayaks in town, hike Vrooman’s Nose or just relax in our screened porch. The farmhouse is handicap friendly including zero entry, first floor daybed and a first floor handicap bathroom. Beautiful sunny carriage house on Saratoga's historic east side,with brick floors on the first floor, 4 skylight windows on the second floor . Stained glass windows, tons of wonderful character. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!
