This bright and fun pink cottage is in the heart of Mohican State Park! It is a home base for adventures; in the canoe capital of Ohio :) Our cottage is perched on a hill overlooking a beautiful par 3 golf course across the street. Our large concrete patio has a hot tub, corn hole, and yoga matts for peaceful stretching or yoga with a view! We have a fully stocked kitchen, board games, smart TV's and a completely custom built bunk room that your kids or friends groups will absolutely love!

This rustic 2-bedroom cabin is conveniently located on large private pond just outside the city limits of Mt. Vernon with shopping, dining, brewery and entertainment. We are pet friendly, dogs only ($50 per stay, max 2 dogs) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

This newly renovated open floor space offers brand new finishes from floor to ceiling. Rosie's Retreat(within the Baker Suites @ 88 E Jackson Unit B) is an open floor plan equipped with king and full beds, custom tile bathroom(handicap accessible), and a beautiful kitchen with eat in table/bar. Your location in historic downtown Millersburg will allow you walking access to local restaurants and shopping. This apartment is a second floor walk up, elevator available upon request.

As the day turns into night, enjoy gooey marshmallows over the campfire while listening to the bullfrogs sing.

The Lux - tiny home w/ jacuzzi in Berlin

The Lux is our largest and most luxurious tiny home. At 32 foot long, it looks striking from a distance. The butterfly roof and accent walls give you a hint of what to expect when you walk in. The Lux has all the basics you’d expect for a luxurious stay: full bathroom with running water (not a composting toilet) a full kitchen, heat/AC, fast wifi & a memory foam queen size bed. But it’s what you wouldn’t expect in a tiny home that will get you.

Mohican Cabin Private Getaway

Your own private cabin in the woods! A great getaway adjacent to Mohican State Forest and Mohican area activities. There is no TV in the cabin, so you can enjoy the natural setting of the cabin without distraction. NOTE: there is a walking path and steps to get to the cabin, steps up to the front door, and an open staircase to the sleeping loft. The driveway to the cabin is up hill and gravel, accessible by all cars in the Spring/Summer/Fall.
