It is located above a cafe and therfore unexpected noise could occur.

The café is open 4 days a week and serves fresh ‘Out of the Oven’ baked goods from 10:00-3:30. Close to several area beaches and parks for surfing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, bird watching and more.
