This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Set on over 1 acre of land the area is private yet attached to the main residence of host, you have your own front door & parking spot. The en-suite bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

Fabulous Studio in Main

Great little studio apartment in the heart of Main Beach. Centrally located so you can park your car and walk to Tedder Avenue, Southport Surf Lifesaving Club, Southport Yacht Club, and Marina Mirage if you wish. Enjoy the beach, the boats, the restaurants and just walking around Main Beach. If you want to go further afield Southport is to the north, and Surfers Paradise to your south. Suitable getaway for one or two people only, but what the place lacks in space it makes up for in character.

Sit back and enjoy the glittering water views! Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you watch the fish jump, the boats come and go and the sun setting over the mountains. The popular coastal village of Paradise Point and also Sanctuary Cove are only a 10 minute drive away with beachfront parks, restaurants, cafes and shops.
