This studio apt. is on the lower level of a triplex unit that is less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. Our Grover Beach apartment has an ocean view and lots of natural light. It is perfectly located within a couple miles of the Pismo Pier, Arroyo Grande village, and Oceano dunes. It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. Also included; free use of surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, and portable air conditioner. NOTE: This unit is upstairs. STR Permit #0135

Comfy home is less than 10 minute walk to beach and two blocks to the Pismo State Beach Monarch Butterfly Grove, both of which are across train tracks and two lane Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) with s peed limit of 35mph. We make this walk everyday. From the front deck you have a modest view of the ocean and often hear the waves crashing on the beach...so soothing. Wireless internet and TV streaming services. All modern appliances.
