Beautiful semi-detached barn conversion professionally designed to a high standard, offering modern comforts whilst retaining an authentic feel. Situated in the grounds of the owner’s working farm, who are on hand to offer advice on the local area, the cottages are in an excellent central location on the Tipperary/Offaly border, almost equidistant from the picturesque town of Birr, 7½km, and one of the oldest towns in Ireland, Roscrea, 6km, and a 2km drive from Gloster house and wedding venue.

O'Neill's Self Catering Cottage- close to Cashel

This lovingly restored traditional farmhouse with private courtyard is nestled on working farm in Dundrum. It is situated 12km from the famed Rock of Cashel and is centrally located for touring Ireland. There is a shop and pub 3km away and beautiful restaurants in Cashel and Tipperary town. We are in very close proximity to the Glen of Aherlow which plays host to beautiful scenery and hill walks. If traditional music is your thing then it can be found in abundance in many pubs locally.

Bluebell Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old home built by the Dunraven family of Adare Manor as accommodation for some of their servants. Located just a few yards outside the entrance gate to the award winning, world famous Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort. The cottage has been completely transformed in 2023 in to a beautiful luxurious home beside all the amenities that the charming village has to offer. The cow house

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. The cow house, Tipperary is a cosy, rustic converted milking parlour, with two bedrooms, (double beds),a wet room and large living/kitchen area, situated on our property in a very tranquil scenic area. Located 5.4km from Ballykisteen hotel which offers dining, golf, gym, spa and swimming pool. A short 20 minute walk to the village of Cullen brings you to Quinlan’s pub. 35 minutes drive to Limerick city
