Enter the garden with towering trees through a private driveway outside this breathtaking, secluded villa still in the heart of Crocetta. The perfect retreat for a Turin stage, the home spans three floors with ample space and a grand aesthetic. It is not just a unique dwelling in its style and in its elegance , but also a strategic location. Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

La cucina, dotata di piastra a induzione, forno microonde, forno elettrostatico, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, oltre che tutte le stoviglie e le attrezzature di cucina necessarie (bollitore, macchina caffè, etc.) è separata dal soggiorno tramite una moderna vetrata realizzata su misura che valorizza gli spazi interni. Sono disponibili nell’alloggio due Smart TV, una da 60” e una da 40” La doppia esposizione permette un’aerazione e illuminazione ottimale. Loft ampio e moderno, dotato di Wi-Fi e perfetto anche per lavorare, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, raggiungibile dalla stazione Porta Nuova e porta Susa, facilmente raggiungibile in auto e nella zona sono presenti parcheggi gratuiti. Il loft ha una cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, un ampio salone con TV e un letto, un bagno con doccia e un soppalco con un letto e un calciobalilla. E' in una zona tranquilla ma vicina al centro e a numerosi ristoranti, bar e supermarket.

L’appartamento, molto panoramico, è sito al piano secondo (scala con ascensore) di un edificio storico ed è composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.
