It is within 15 minutes of The Old Market, Charles Schwab Field , and 10 minutes to the Henry Doorly Zoo! Great places to hike right in the neighborhood. Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Shares an acre of land with the main house, built in 1892 and occupied by the owners. Although situated in the middle of the city, the unit feels secluded from its urban environment and looks out onto a garden surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers and is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars in both the Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing.

Art Church Iowa

Art Church Iowa is a re-purposed/desanctified 153 year old Presbyterian Church. Its last religious service was in 1969. Artist Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to look upstairs during daylight and also night time as the space changes. Disclaimer: Use of the upstairs is not part of the Airbnb rental.

Enjoy your stay at my spacious and modern home in the historic Bemis Park neighborhood. The house is located on a beautiful, quiet tree lined street. The neighborhood is located close to downtown and right off the highway. Bemis and Walnut Hill park, are a 5min walk from the house and great for kids and pets. TD Ameritrade, CHI, Old Market and Blackstone are all less then a 10min drive from the house.
