McIntyre East

Great cabin to just relax. Excellent hunting and fishing close by. McIntyre Scatters just minutes away with 10,000 acres of public land to hunt. Just a few miles from Money, Ms. We have grills outside on deck for cooking out. The cabin is on McIntyre lake with a private boat landing. We have kayaks for guests to use if they wish. Fire pit on the edge of the lake for relaxing by the fire. There is a charge for firewood or you can bring your own. No pets inside unless approved. Come see us. 👍

Sunflower Cottage on the River

Only a mile from historic home of the blues, Clarksdale in a gated community. The cottage sits on the banks of the Sunflower River with beautiful views of rustic woods. Out your window you might see deer, fox & other wildlife. Take a walk along the riverbank. You’ll enjoy relaxing in the comfy beds, ,enjoy privacy, the piano , & closeness to all the blues music venues. It has two fire pits, an outside grill & full kitchen. Comfy-Cozy 3Br2Ba home in established neighborhood

Imagine an entire home to yourself!!!! This home is located just walking distance from all fast food restaurants and only a 7 minute drive to the renowned Crystal Grill restaurant located downtown. The backyard is equipped with a firepit and ample seating (either on the patio or the deck) with plenty of room for the little ones to enjoy the backyard. It's literally an oasis! The lawn is sprayed monthly for mosquitos & the property is Covid cleaned before and after each stay.

Cabin on lake.

Relax with family & friends on a 40 acre lake stocked with bass and brim. Watch the sun set from the spacious front porch. We are 4 miles from the interstate and 14 miles to Grenada Lake. Fishing is catch and release. Boats, kayak and canoes can be rented for an extra charge. Across the lake from the cabin is a boathouse and boat launch. There is an older dock structure in the lake that is not to be used. Our house is also on the lake across from the cabin.

The Shotgun Shack ❤️ of MS Delta

This Shotgun Shack is a genuine cypress board and batten shotgun shack. Construction of the cabin dates back to the late 1920’s, after the Great Flood of 1927. The shack was move to the property and has undergone a complete restoration. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Situated behind the antebellum Burrus Home a.k.a “The Baby Doll House”, near Benoit, MS. There is a gas station in Benoit that sells beverages and snacks but no grocery stores.

The Honnoll's "High Cotton" Guesthouse

This cozy guest house is the perfect place for your stay in Cleveland, MS, the heart of the Mississippi Delta! It is easy walking distance to the Cleveland Country Club and a five minute drive (or less!) to everywhere in town, including the new Grammy Museum, the Downtown shopping area, and the Delta State Campus and Football Stadium! There are Uber and a local taxi company for transportation. We look forward to seeing ya'll!

This is a spacious, 2-story home with 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, family room, large kitchen, large dining room, and in-ground pool. The property is 5 to 10 minutes from DSU, Grammy Museum, and restaurants. EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Guests cannot have class reunions, family reunions, weddings, receptions, large gatherings before or after funerals, etc.). Property has perimeter cameras.

Mississippi Delta hospitality in a spacious and practical apartment. You will be located within about a 6 block walking distance of downtown Greenwood, the Yazoo River Trails, and many homes from The Help tour. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. This apartment is 800 sq ft with a queen sized bed, full kitchen, full bath, and comfortable den with open living space.

The Delta Lodge

This spacious 8 bedroom, 6-bathroom lodge has tons to offer. The lodge is set up with 7 king bedrooms and one bunk room. We are set up to sleep 16 comfortably with plenty of living space. This 6,000 square foot lodge has 12 smart TVs, perfect for watching ball games with friends. While located on 6 acres with the Tallahatchie River sunset, kick back and enjoy the view!

The Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse 2 bed,1 bath,full kitchen, washer, and dryer sits deep in the MS delta crop land and out in the country away from the busy towns. With a nice front porch, BBQ grill, and fire pit you can slow down and relax. This house has WiFi but no TV. A great place to stay when coming through or if you're working in the area.

The River Club

Great for fishing, hunting, golf, or lake get-away. Located 5 miles from Grenada Lake Main Marina and 8.5 miles from The Dogwood's Golf Course. Peaceful with beautiful sunsets. Location is central to other cities that offer hunting, fishing, sports and other events: Enid, Sardis, Oxford, Memphis, Jackson, and Starkville.

The Delta House
