Cascina Ferrarotti ligger i den sørlige delen av Piemonte, i distriktet Langhe, ca 20 minutter kjøretur til Barolo. Området er kjent for det nydelige landskapet, vin, ost, trøfler, hasselnøtter og det piemontesiske kjøkken. Huset ligger helt usjenert, 500 meter over havet, med vinmarker på alle sider og en egen liten vinmark med Dolcetto-druer. Det er et oppvarmet basseng med fantastisk utsikt (infinity pool) og en stor og deilig hage med uteområder som passer for en gruppe på ferietur sammen.

This traditional Piedmontese cottage, from the 18th Century, is a perfect unique getaway where to find real peace in nature, among the beautiful woods and hazelnuts fields of Alta Langa. At 600mt. of altitude and with a stunning panorama, this countryside house is made entirely of stones and maintains the original structure typical of the area. The house is 10min away from the village but on the main road which connects (through a paved road with curves) to Lequio Berria (4km) or Bosia (6km).

This large and comfortable room is on second level with it's own bathroom and balcony. it has a single bed, and a fold out bed, so it can sleep two. It has access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge space. You can also enjoy the tranquil garden. The hosts speak multiple languages, and are happy to help with any needs, including academic guidance. This is a very safe house, in a safe part of Turin, close to the universities and colleges.
