"Rensselaer Dreamer" apartment is the mirror image of "Nora" which is the other half of a newer duplex apartment. Near downtown Rensselaer and the county court house, restaurants and churches and only 3 miles to I 65. The property has 2 TVs and free WIFI, fully applianced kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker. A very comfortable memory foam mattresses, ceramic bathroom with heated floor and fluffy towels AND ATTACHED GARAGE!! Very private patio area with a swing under a pergola.

Modern house in the country with a reputation for sparkling cleanliness and 2 day minimums between guest stays. Close to Culver Academies (18 min/10 mi), Lake Maxinkuckee (13 min/7.4 mi), Lake Manitou (27 min/16 mi), and the historic Tippecanoe River (5 min/3.5 mi to Germany Bridge or 5 min/1.6 mi to Aubbeenaubbee Landing in Leiters Ford).
