Nestled in between Athens and Palestine this 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is pet friendly and designed to get the kids playing.

Unique and tranquil getaway. We have all the amenities you will need for a great stay. A stylish little cabin in the country with access to walking trails, a pool, and a hot tub($) at the main house. We have farm animals and we run an animal rescue that can have up to 32 dogs. They stay in a fenced-in yard where the pool is located and love to swim with guests! We have added Starlink internet to the cabin as well as a smart TV to greatly enhance your entertainment options during your stay.

Lake House Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath in the deep, old-fashioned clawfoot tub after a day on the lake. Our metal roof creates a soothing symphony of raindrops on rainy days, adding to the romantic ambiance. If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 6 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. After a fun day of fishing, kayaking, SUP races, swimming in the lake, pedal boating, feeding the ducks, cornhole, or frisbee throwing enjoy a gorgeous east TX sunset with your favorite beverage and then a fire with s'mores.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Little House By the Lake

(SMOKE FREE PROPERTY) This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. THE HOUSE HAS A FAINT CIGARETTE SMELL. FEW NOTICE. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE SMOKE SENSITIVITY.

Located in the beautiful piney woods of East Texas with breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and valleys. In addition to the Guest House you will enjoy a game room/exercise room and our beautiful grounds with a hammock and children’s playscape. It's the perfect getaway for a group of friends or family.

Cana Cottage | Farm Stay

Come visit Cana Cottage, a peaceful nature getaway in East Texas. Tucked away on 11+ acres of forest, this cozy cottage is conveniently located in-between Tyler and Lindale. We are just 4 miles south of I-20, and an hour and fifteen minutes in either direction from Dallas and Shreveport. Surrounded by evergreen forest, two creeks, and plenty of wildlife - Cana Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage sits about 200 feet from our main home.
