Take a boat, or walk to Torno to find a bar, cafe, shop, and restaurants. Como is a short drive, and public transport is close by. E' raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto pubblico : gli autobus C30 C31 C32 con partenza ogni ora circa dalla stazione ferroviaria Como San Giovanni , Como Lago Ferrovie Nord o da Piazza Matteotti in direzione Como- Bellagio, impiegano circa 8 min per raggiungere la fermata Blevio - Decorazioni Savio, distante 100 m circa dall' abitazione. Alternativa piacevole al trasporto pubblico tradizionale può essere l'uso dei battelli della navigazione del Lago di Como, con partenza da Piazza Cavour in direzione Torno, da dove camminando per circa 15 min raggiungerete la destinazione. It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

Stone house and dependance 7 people

The house is situated in Moltrasio, a quaint village in the first basin of Lake Como. The village is about 8 km from Como and 3km from Cernobbio, known for the presence of Villa D'Este and Villa Erba. The house is reached after a short, scenic walk 5 /7 minutes (which I'm 37 years we use this time, my mom is 72 years old instead it takes 15 minutes), of course we do not recommend this house to people who have physical problems. (For the transport of luggage you will have our help of course) .you can't arrive with the car in the house, there isn't the way. From house you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake . description of the house: the main house consists of 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a terrace and a covered veranda in masonry of 25sqm, there is also a kitchen and a bathroom. on the first floor there is the living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, on the second floor there is a double bedroom. these 2 floors are connected by the spiral staircase but also if preferred by external stairs. there is also the annex which is connected by external stairs 5/6 steps. here you will find a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen-bar and on the lower floor a double bedroom with bathroom and two small terraces for dining and relaxing

Ai miei ospiti offro un accogliente e moderno appartamento mansardato situato nella casa di famiglia, dal quale si gode una vista mozzafiato sul lago e le montagne circostanti. Il grande giardino è a disposizione anche dei miei ospiti. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il "nostro" pittoresco lago, Milano e la vicina Svizzera con Lugano.

La Casa della Bruna, wonderful lake view & parking

Lago, sole, relax ed escursioni: il mix perfetto per godere a 360 gradi del nosto Lago. La Casa della Bruna, da una parte affacciata su un panorama mozzafiato e, dall'altra, abbracciata dai viottoli pedonali tipici di queste zone, si trova a 5 min. da Como, sulla strada verso Bellagio. Disposta su 3 piani, può accogliere fino a 6persone, con 3camere matrimoniali, ognuna caratterizzata da arredi e finiture uniche, 2bagni, salotto, cucina, AC, ampio terrazzo e giardino e posto auto privati.

In contesto storico del 700' abitazione posta a piano terra con vista lago. Ristrutturata e arredata con complementi di design italiano. La cucina ricavata nella roccia di Moltrasio rende fresco l'ambiente nei mesi estivi. Camera da letto con cabina armadio e bagno padronale. Soggiorno con divano letto e bagno di servizio. Entrambe dotate di tv, wi-fi e riscaldamento a pavimento.Terrazza pubblica in pietra davanti alla casa. La tassa di soggiorno(2,50 € per persona) è esclusa dal prezzo.

Composto da una camera in open plan con letto matrimoniale, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia. Ideale per 2 ospiti, ma possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone grazie al divano letto. Il parcheggio pubblico è a 100 metri dalla proprietà (centro storico del paese, traffico limitato): necessario salire circa 80 scalini per accedere alla proprietà. NO aria condizionata.
