Vicina alle spiagge attrezzate e libere sia del lungomare che di Baia Flaminia, alla stazione, al centro e al parco naturale del San Bartolo. Disposta su due piani, può ospitare fino a quattro persone, con letto matrimoniale, che può essere diviso in due singoli, e divano letto. Davanti la casa e in tutte le vie limitrofe sono presenti parcheggi pubblici gratuiti.

I due terrazzi, ideali per le serate estive, regalano viste sul mare, faro e monte, con splendidi tramonti. In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.

Casa del Faro è un delizioso appartamento, posto al primo piano di una palazzina, situata a 30 metri dalla spiaggia di Baia Flaminia, una delle più belle spiagge di Pesaro, alle pendici del colle San Bartolo, parco naturale. Un luogo in sui si fondono il mare e la bellezza della natura, dominato dal caratteristico faro. Io e mio marito abbiamo immaginato uno spazio ideale per il relax, sia per un soggiorno al mare, ma anche per un week-end culturale o per un viaggio di lavoro.
