Over 2 miles of wooded trails on property for guest use. 15-20 min walk through woods trails (part of this walk is on a hill) to access Rockfish River.

Four miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Direct hiking from cabin to AT. Level 2 EV charger (30amp 240V) available upon request for $5 fee per night.

Enjoy our rustic, cozy, historic log cabin in the woods on 21 acres with two streams and a little meadow. The logs, from the 1800's, were reconfigured 17 years ago combining a rich history with high speed internet and modern amenities. Sink into the luscious bed with totally organic sheets, mattress topper, and pillows. Take a walk on the original wagon train road down to a stream or bath your senses in the majestic view of Jump Mountain from the meadow.

A private pond & the Tye River flow steps away for you to enjoy the ever-changing mountain stream. Our family friendly cabin allows children areas to explore nature & enjoy marshmallows over the campfire.
