Relax in a spacious apartment above a winery

CIR:005001-AGR00009. Fully independent apartment w/ large windows which provide it with a lot of natural light and it has a very large bathroom & shower. There are two large rooms with queen/king size beds. The apartment has been recently renovated and it is situated above a local winery, Dacapo Cà ed Balos, which will make your stay even more special. The apartment si located between Langhe and Monferrato.There is also a back yard with a barbeque grill!City tax €2.00/pax/night for max 5 nights.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Cascina piemontese di grande charme e indubbio fascino. La ristrutturazione ha mantenuto l'autenticità storica e culturale della casa. Internamente le strutture originarie, riportate sapientemente alla luce: pavimenti in cotto e pastine, soffitti in mattoni a vista o decorati con affreschi. Il soggiorno è dotato di camino con trave in legno, cucina con antica cappa. Clare's cottage è circondata da un piccolo giardino mediterraneo attrezzato per la vita all'aria aperta.

Il Relais Podere le Gaggìe è il risultato di un restauro rigoroso di una cascina storica della prima metà dell'800. Vi si respira il fascino unico di un'atmosfera e di un' epoca sapientemente conservate, con il confort più raffinato ed esigente. La casa "La Terrazza" si sviluppa su due piani, è composta da soggiorno con camino, cucina abitabile, 2 camere da letto, doppi servizi. L'arredo è in piena sintonia con l'atmosfera del restauro effettuato.
