Al piano terra c'è una cucina attrezzata, TV, stufa a pellet, divano letto (una piazza e mezza comoda), bagno con doccia .Al primo piano si accede tramite scala a chiocciola interna oppure da scala in pietra esterna. Qui si trova la camera da letto con balcone panoramico. Vicino all'ingresso c'è uno spazio privato con tavolo in pietra. Un posto auto in cortile, piccolo garage chiuso per bici o moto, parcheggio pubblico e gratuito a pochi metri.
