ETHNO HOUSE IVANOVIC

ETHNO HOUSE NBN is located in the village of Limljani, between Lake Skadar and the Adriatic Sea.It is 6 km way from the small town of Virpazar , 12km from the well known seaside resort of Sutomore,and 22 km from the Podgorica airport. The home has a kitchen,WC and separated shower,a large bedroom with 3 beds that can sleep 5 people,baby bad, Wi- Fi,outdoor pool ( from 1st june to 1st october) porch with patio furniture overlooking lush gardens, vineyards and mountains that encircle the village.

Idyllic countryside house

An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, facing a vineyard, surrounded by pomegranates and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Stonehouse at organic winery at Lake Skadar north

Das 300 Jahre alte Haus liegt in einem Dorf in der Nähe des Nationalparks Skutarisee, 15 km von der Hauptstadt Podgorica und 45 km von Budva entfernt. Das Haus ist umgeben von Weinbergen und Wiesen. Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4-5 Personen. Der Garten bietet viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen, Fußballtore, etc. Die Verbindungstreppe zwischen den Stockwerken ist mit einer Kindersicherung ausgestattet. Es stehen neben dem Doppel- (160cm) noch zwei Ausziehbetten (140cm) zur Verfügung.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Family Farm Apartments-next to Ski Center Durmitor

A cozy and original wooden cottage is located in the heart of Durmitor National Park. Its fantastic location is overlooking the Yezerska plateau and Durmitor mountain. Savin Kuk ski center is located just in 5 minutes walk from Family Farm Apartments and its chair-lift works during the summer time too. The cottage is ideal for couples and families (with children). We are also pet friendly. Enjoy unforgettable nature and relax from the hustle and bustle at the Family Farm!

Once you arrive at our small village, you will be granted with free welcome drinks, season fruits and cookies.
