Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

"Rufus" is a private downtown Guest Studio located on the ground floor of Gabriel House, in the Downriver Historic District and listed on the National Register. The keyless entry opens directly into your studio. There is no "sharing" of space. It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee/sugar/cream, dishes, sink and complimentary wine. Situated very near the river, it's within a short walk of downtown restaurants, shops and music venues. It is a very comfortable and private space.

Come enjoy our newly remodeled 2 Bedroom , 2 Bathroom camp. We have a beautiful back porch for you to sit and relax to admire the waterfront view. You can feed the ducks, use the kayaks to take a stroll or fish, or just have coffee and read a book. We have games for the family, seasonings in the cabinet, and a coffee bar for your convenience. This cozy and well-appointed cabin is perfect for bird watchers, writers, or those looking to experience the serenity of the woods. The first floor has a large living/dining area with a sofa, dining table, modern, fully furnished kitchen and full bathroom. There’s a double size air mattress available upstairs. The downstairs contains a bedroom with queen sized bed and full bathroom. The cabin is 8 miles north of downtown St. Francisville and close to shopping, hiking and dining.

Neighborhood conducive to jogging, walking, bicycling on miles of shady blacktop road that parallels the bayou. Spring Bayou WMA is located just 5.5 miles away--along with boat launch, ATV trails, hunting, fishing, hiking etc. Reliable Wi-Fi (with many popular streaming services included or use your own) and a well stocked kitchen make time spent indoors enjoyable.

You’ll love my place because of the quiet, peaceful surrounding, whether it is sitting on the deck listening to the birds, or just kicking back and watching a movie. Or you can be in the midst of downtown in just a few minutes, while walking along the bluff taking in the stunning views of the mighty Mississippi River below.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Relax with the whole family and take in the gorgeous lake views! This home sits on Black River Lake with its own private dock and boat launch. Enjoy fishing off the dock or kayaking and paddle boarding, which are provided free. This home is a 4 bedroom/2 bath that sleeps 11.
