L'appartamento è completamente affacciato sul Lago Maggiore: dal balcone del soggiorno la vista spazia anche sulle Isole Borromee. E' situato a Someraro, un piccolo paese sopra a Stresa molto tranquillo e rilassante. Ha 5 posti letto.
