My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

This entire private, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Beach House, on a white sand beach, 5/7 min. walk to town, (or drive on dirt road parallel to beach) includes spectacular gardens, swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, 2 bedrooms, 1 w/AC, 2 baths, full kitchen, outdoor dinning, washing machine, dryer, wifi, BBQ and secure parking. The jungle behind is home to countless birds/wildlife; and the sound of waves, lapping at the beach right in front, will lull you into a deep peaceful sleep.

New Oceanfront-Villa between Montezuma and Cabuya. The villa has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with Kingsize 2m x 2m , and the 3rd room with 2 single beds , which you can use as one bed as well. Here you have both: The view and the walking distance to the beach. Nice beach “Playa Los Cedros” in the front, good for combing and swimming. ( If you want to use the AC , I charge an electricity amount extra. ) 4x4 needed for the area/ driveway. Ask for details !
