You will also have a nice view of our backyard, which looks out upon 15 acres of idyllic private woods. We are also close to many tourist attractions, including WPAFB & WSU, Yellow Springs and Waynesville. We are also within minutes from I-675 and I-75. Off-street parking is available on our driveway and you have your own entrance!

The home has a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a fully fenced back yard. There is a 2-car garage and street parking available. No pets over 15 pounds allowed.

This is a large room with one queen bed. You have TV, small refrigerator, a desk work area and lots of privacy. Room and bath (bath is just down hall) are private but the living room, dining room, kitchen and back yard are shared with host and pets. Pets are friendly. There are no other guests but you.
