This cottage is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring nearby lakes, waterfalls, and mountains year around. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, clean, and inviting. In the forest near Lassen Volcanic National Park, you'll enjoy the mountain views! Deer, wild turkeys, and squirrels provide endless entertainment. In the summer you'll enjoy relaxing on the porch. Winters will find you enjoying sitting by the fire taking in the view from our large picture-perfect windows.

The Cottage is in a residential area close to WaterWorks Park, Bethel Church, Simpson College, Starbucks, and shopping. Great base for day trips to stunning lakes and mountain surroundings . . .Sparkling clean with contemporary furnishings. spacious back yard with deck and BBQ. Great for family getaways, friendly gatherings, and those just traveling through. A recent guest described, "We love the decor and design ideas. The home is quiet and cozy and very classy!"

Spend time in a quiet, peace-filled getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are just 2 miles away. There are a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night too!

Take some time to relax in this luxury retreat studio. Attached to our home but completely independent (joined by a shared wall), you can come and go down your own pathway and entrance. This King deluxe master studio is 3 mins walk to the river and trails. Soak in the spa bath, 'eat in' using your private kitchenette, enjoy the freshly roasted special blend of coffee provided by your host, or sit on the patio in the tranquil back garden.

The Terrace House, country living.

The Terrace House is located on our 200-acre ranch in Montgomery Creek. It has a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountain range. The house is cozy and private and has access to hiking trails throughout the property. We live in another house nearby and are always available. There is a separate building with a game room and gym. A 220-volt, 50 amp charging station is available for $15 per charge.
