The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Giardino di Venere

A classy accommodation renovated in mid-2022 with a private garden that enjoys a breathtaking view and a privileged position overlooking the sea. Located a few steps from the beach and the town of Portovenere, Giardino di Venere offers all the comforts to relax in an oasis of quiet ideal for couples, families or group of friends. Casa con terrazzo con splendida vista mare. È ubicato nel centro storico, praticamente 'sopra' i tetti, quindi ci sono diverse scale e scalini da fare per raggiungerlo. La casa è disposta su due piani. Una scala a chiocciola interna porta al piano superiore. Questa casa è stata inserita in un giornale specializzato per la sua architettura, arredo e naturalmente la vista. Completa l’appartamento una stanza dedicata alla vasca idromassaggio jacuzzi disponibile solo su prenotazione.
