Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Quinta Morais is located 40 minutes away from Lisbon's airport, in a village called Branca. We aim to provide a peaceful experience in full contact with nature. It is a great opportunity to get away from the city life chaos. The neighborhood is really quiet and the house is cozy and traditional according to the countryside setting. It is great for couples, families (with kids) and groups. Special events are also welcomed (cocktail, corporate retreat, wedding, filming) based on availability.

We provide everything you need for a carefree stay: a fully equipped kitchen, bed-linens and towels, AC, TV, laundry machine, shower gel & shampoo, hair drier and a first-aid kit. The bedroom has a desk for remote work. The outdoors space has a BBQ and a pool. You will surely hear the birds during your stay ;) There is free parking in the property. The sofa turns into double-bed. We can provide 2 extra single mattresses upon request 🛏
