The scenic river walk, tasty restaurants, galleries, Town Park, and nightlife are all within a short distance. Plus, the San Juans are home to some of the state's best skiing, mountain biking, climbing, and hiking! Kick back and relax in this cozy, recently updated, one bedroom home with stunning mountain views! Located away from the hustle and bustle of town for a peaceful stay, but still only 3 miles from downtown Montrose for convenience and just south of town for easy access to Ridgway (26 min), Ouray (38 min) and Telluride (1hr 17 min). Daybed in living room has a trundle for more sleeping space. Completely private space and entry, but we're right next door if you ever need anything!

Tilted Rooster Ranch Guest House

Relax & unwind in this beautiful country setting in the heart of sweetcorn country. Just 5 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes from downtown. This quaint guest house is completely separate from the main home and you can take in gorgeous Colorado sunrises and sunsets as you sit outside. There is a queen size bed and a twin bed, a small kitchen that has a breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, air fryer, 2 burner stove top, toaster and coffee maker. No pets and no smoking allowed.
