Relax, our home is comfy with a 70" Smart TV in the livingroom as well as a 40" TV in the King bedroom. Total of 2 bedrooms 1 bath, living room, mini kitchen and front patio. We have also included a beanbag bed in case you need a 4th bed. Just open it and it will unfold into a bed. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. (Noise is never an issue) The home backs up to a greenbelt walkway/bike path that leads to a park as well as a bike rout all over town. **NO PARTIES !

Great 3 bedroom in River Park!

Updated and cozy in town 3 bedroom home. Spectacular views all around. Short walk to Uncompaghre river trail, restaurants and shopping. Two large porches and great upper deck with awesome views of the Sneffels range. Fenced in backyard. The back porch has a charcoal BBQ for you to use. There is internet TV, but no cable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. The pantry has some canned goods, spices that you are free to use as needed.
