The 140qm apartment is converted into a loft, featuring a light-filled spacious room with an integrated open kitchen and a cozy dining area with a corner bench and a large table. Adjacent is a spacious living area with a futon double bed (160x200cm) and two sofas. There are two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other offers a comfortable king-size bed. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The huge window and west-facing rooftop terrace provide views over the roofs of the lively historic district, and delightful sunsets invite you to dream. The apartment is modern yet cozy, with many self-designed and crafted furniture pieces, complemented by a beautiful larch wood floor that harmonizes with the over a hundred-year-old roof beams. Both the bathroom with underfloor heating, a luxurious corner bathtub, and a separate shower, as well as the guest toilet with WC and urinal, are tiled with natural stone. The loft is centrally located, with most shops and many restaurants within walking distance. The same goes for public transportation (bus 2 min, subway 4 min, S-Bahn 10 min), Oktoberfest, the traffic museum, and the beautiful trade fair park. (Maximum occupancy 6 people)

Die Wohnung im 1. Stock besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer (welches auch als Schlafplatz genutzt werden kann), Schlafzimmer, einer großen, hellen Küche von der ein Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne führt. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und Badewanne (mit Blick ins Grüne). In nur drei Gehminuten gelangst du zum Schloss Nymphenburg, in ca. 10 Minuten zum botanischen Garten. Die öffentliche Tram Station am Romanplatz erreichst du ebenfalls in fünf Minuten, ein Taxi Stand ist zwei Minuten entfernt.

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und Zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. S- Bahn Anbindung mit dem Bus in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Im nächsten Umkreis Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Pizzeria zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Der Karlsfelder See ist 1,3km entfernt und ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Unsere Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss in einer ruhigen, aber zentral gelegenen Wohngegend in Dachau. Sie ist sehr geräumig (1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer). Ab 5 Personen öffnen wir ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Dachterrasse. München ist über den nicht weit entfernten Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar (ca. 12 Minuten). Aber auch Dachau und Umgebung ist sehenswert. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe vorhanden.

Gemütlicher Bauwagen in Seenähe - Tiny House

Gemütlicher Bauwagen zum Wohlfühlen, im Garten mit Birn- und Apfelbäumen und mit zwei Laufenten. Idyllisch zu jeder Jahreszeit. Zum See geht es aus dem Gartentor, über die Strasse und noch 150m..., dann steht man am Badesee, Rundgang um den See 1,5 km. Autark im Bauwagen. Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Supermarkets in 10 -15 min, S-Bahn 6 min & 16 minutes to main station. From airport, go with S-Bahn to Laim then with S2 Dachau/Altomünster/Petershausen to Karlsfeld! FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!
