Your family will love time spent here in this modern/rustic camp right on the water. Less than 5 miles from the heart of downtown Greenville where you can visit and shop, enjoy a lunch or dinner on the water at one of the local restaurants, or grab your own grocery’s and more at Indian Hill where they have all of your needs. Small or large families welcome, very comfortable and spacious. We have an All season property for you to enjoy all outdoor activities and more. Our place is yours to enjoy.

Moosehead Lake, Trail Access, Hot Tub, Beach, ACs!

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

The Boathouse-* Waterfront*Dock*Pet Friendly

Located on 32 private acres, this adorable former boathouse features a king bedroom upstairs with an outdoor deck, stunning views of Moosehead Lake and Big Moose Mountain, and a cozy little bunk room for kids, friends, or guests. Downstairs you’ll find a full kitchen, living, and dining area with an attached screen porch and easy access to the dock below. Bring your favorite toys for the season and come enjoy all this wonderful property has to offer in the gorgeous Moosehead Lake region.

Misty Morning Cottages #6 on Moosehead Lake

WIFI is now available in ALL 6 of our cottages AND Roku TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney + and ESPN +. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more! Cottage 1 is a two bedroom, one bath cottage that has a queen size bed in the primary bedroom and a twin over full size bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed in the secondary bedroom.
