La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Val di Codena è un complesso colonico del XVI secolo, completamente ristrutturato e situato nel cuore dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. Con 60 ettari di terreno, la proprietà è tranquilla e isolata, con piscina panoramica, palestra e vista sulla Pietra di Bismantova. Perfetto per 4 persone che vogliono rilassarsi in natura, ma ideale anche per vacanze attive, con possibilità di passeggiate, escursioni, mountain bike e arrampicata. Luogo di ispirazione, con aria fresca e nessun rumore cittadino.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).
