Es una casa con una arquitectura singular, con un precioso patio privado. -Muy cerca en coche entre 10 y 15 minutos de: Estación de trenes Atocha, Estación central de autobuses Méndez Alvaro, Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez (Madrid-Barajas). -Muy cerca andando a 5 minutos de: Metro Pacífico, Metro Conde Casal, biciMAD. Nuestro alojamiento es perfecto para todos los que necesiten un lugar donde sentirse como en casa.

Estupendo loft, totalmente equipado. Alta velocidad 600MB Wifi. Ideal para trabajar desde casa! Muy tranquilo y luminoso con terraza exterior y bonitas vistas. Con parking gratuito delante del edificio y varios supermercados, restaurantes y bares al lado. Gracias al autobús y al metro hay una conexión muy fluida, rápida y sencilla con el centro de la ciudad. Punto oficial de recogida alquiler de bicicletas de "BiciMadrid" a 100m del apartamento. Te permite ir en bicicleta por todo Madrid.

Nice, calm and well connected apartment close to Las Ventas. Ideal for travellers. The area has many markets, shops and bars and you will be really comfortable as in the house as in the neighbourhood. The apartment is very cosy and has a great terrace. You can lie there at the sun, rest, have breakfast and have a beer or a cup of wine in the afternoon. It has also wifi. The dorm has a 1.50 bed and in the living room there is a sofa with chaise lounge available to sleep for 1 or 2 persons.

Our apartment is recently refurbished, a quality mix of vintage & retro with everything you need for a cosy stay. The apartment has a fully functioning kitchen & Air-con.

This may cause noise during the day.

It´s located in Av. Ciudad de Barcelona. 10 minutes walking from AVE train station an 5 min from the Retiro park. Close to the important museums. Ground floor very silent and cool in summer that gives to a courtyard inside. The walls are so thick that A/C is not necessary in summer. New bed and furniture. Independent heating very efficient.
