Free on street parking is available, although this is also a fantastic location for those travelling without a car as both the train and bus station are only 7 minutes walk away.

Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & families (with kids). Easy access to all transport links. We welcome everybody.

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) The Cottage has interrupted views over the Beauly and Moray Firths which are home to a school of Bottlenose Dolphins. The village of North Kessock has a pub and shop, all within easy walking distance. There is lots to do in the area: dolphin cruises on the Moray Firth, pony trekking centre 10 minutes away, lots of restaurants and traditional live music bars, golf courses

Chanonry Point, the best place for dolphin watching in Britain, is only a 20 min walk. Close to the popular NC500 route, it is ideal for a romantic break for two. The wood burning stove will keep you cosy on colder nights. There is so much to explore in the area, two nights may not be enough!
