A peaceful , Quiet farmyard in a historic granary

A quiet farmyard. It is situated half mile North of Neubergthal-a national Heritage site. The Red Granary was a building used for storing grain, and it was red and it had green doors. It is an original style from the early 1900’s We live on the same farmyard with 4 dogs and farm animals. But we each have our own space. Whether a guest wants to interact or wants privacy, both are easily attainable and respected. You MUST register your dog as a guest. (Dogs cannot be left alone in the Granary)

Welcome to our cabin! This 1450sq ft eco-cabin is situated on 13 acres of deciduous forest, with Pumpkin Creek meandering through the property. This is the historic site of the Babcock Cement Plant & Quarry and has a ski trail that connects to the Pumpkin Creek Ski Club trails. A cozy wood stove, an outdoor pizza oven, outdoor walking trails, a custom-built composting toilet, and plenty of space to relax and play, our cabin is a welcoming space to reconnect with loved ones.

Our home is located at Holiday Mountain Ski Resort in LaRiviere, Mb. less than 2 hours from Winnipeg and Brandon. You’ll love our place because of outdoor recreation opportunities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country, snowshoeing, fat tire biking in winter, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking and swimming in summer.
