Our waterfront home is located off Bayou Long where you can fish right in the back yard on it's own 40ft canal or take your boat out for the day. Accessible short drive or boat ride to Lake Verret, Grassy Lake & Lake Palourde and spend the day fishing, grabbing Daquiris at Spunky Monkey, eat at Gros Marine or just enjoying the day out on the boat w/ your family and friends. Sanssouci Fishing Camp and Rural Retreat

Two bedroom fishing camp in lower Montegut, located near some of the best fishing in the area. We have a private launch on Bayou Terrebonne for your free use, or if you prefer the Pointe aux Chenes or Cocodrie marinas are just 20 minutes away. Sleeps 6 with fully furnished kitchen, and ample parking space for boats and cars. Fish cleaning station and crab boiling and fish frying equipment provided. Pets allowed for $40 fee. Free wifi. Our retreat is an hour and 30 minutes from New Orleans.
