Dock your boat, grill out on the large porch and screened in patio, bonfire, kayak, paddle board or float and play in the water. Sleeps 12 (14 with cot and blow up mattress). Nearly 600 feet of private water frontage to enjoy.

Lake Oconee-Lakefront Villa in Cuscowilla (C-Unit)

Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

River Bottom Bungalow

Located on the South Fork Broad river just below Watson Mill Bridge State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This Aframe along the river is perfect for a couples getaway. King size bed in the loft and queen sleeper sofa on the main floor. In the pasture behind the cabin, our friendly goats love attention and are always happy to greet guests. Bring your beach towels. Chairs available to sit on sanbars and rocks in the river. Kayaking is available based on water level

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
