There’s something for everyone in Frankston. The apartment is below our main residence, you have your own access down the side of the house and complete privacy.

Bright and clean apartment only a few minutes drive from Mt Martha's renowned cafes and restaurants, Safety Beach or Mt Martha Beach. 10 to 30 minute drive to local attractions. We are hidden away from the hustle and bustle so a car is a must to get around. The kitchen is for light meals only and won't suit a master chef. If you want to work and need fast internet our apartment is not for you. The apartment is under the same roof as our home so you may hear our kids.

Welcome to Room With A View, a contemporary apartment located moments away from the Dromana Foreshore on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. This property is perfectly situated to discover local wineries, cafes, market stalls and the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs. A great spot for a romantic getaway! We have now added a sun deck for sun baking, a heated spa which can be used all year round and and a heated swim spa for the Spring and Summer months.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
