Close to the hustle and bustle, but far enough out to enjoy peace and quiet. Beautiful views from every window! Cows 30 feet away :) More of a studio setup with open space and a bunk that is FULL over FULL & twin bunk beds. Sofa folds down to a bed as well. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm & enjoy the views

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
