“The Boathouse Cottage” is perfect for a romantic getaway or just relaxing with a great view. It is located directly on the gorgeous Bayfront of Morro Bay, on a Bayfront dock. Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

Enjoy this comfortable, completely remodeled home. A very clean, bright home located a few blocks from sandy beaches, boasting ocean views from the balcony with a hot tub. The home looks like a small cottage, but in reality it is a 2300 square feet with 4 bedrooms, a living room and family room! There is a beautiful front yard and patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Near over 200 wineries are accessible from this quiet hamlet. We welcome respectful guests that will not upset the neighborhood.

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Relax in the jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a sunset view from your own patio outside this unique eco-friendly suite . The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire.
