Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Acessos: a 2,5 km da aldeia de Melides, onde se podem adquirir todos os bens de consumo necessários no Mercado e Minimercados, e também lojas, cafés e restaurantes.

No meio de um pinhal e junto à arriba da praia, a urbanização não tem muros entre jardins, apenas muro exterior, o que a torna única, ampla e desafogada. The houses have a kitchen and a spacious living room and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove. There are three ensuite bedrooms with double beds. You will have access to a common swimming pool.

This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon.
