Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Studio with balcony on the 1st floor

Studio - consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, a bedroom and a small kitchen. There is a private balcony with landmarks views. The studio is located in the Helenental Pension & Apartment in the historic part of Baden, surrounded by old villas in a very quiet area of the city. Guests can use the garden with outdoor furniture. In the garden of the house there is a grill area and a playground with slide, swing and sandpit. Apartment area 26 sq.m.

Je nach Vereinbarung ist auch das Frühstück inbegriffen. Auch kann das Auto (Seat Leon) eingemietet werden. Super Lage, Super Preis, Super Gastfreundschaft. Wir sprechen viele Sprachen Englisch, Russisch, Deutsch und je nach Bedarf solche Sprachen wie Arabisch und Türkisch!!
